Palestinians killed

Israeli injuries
1. During the month of November, 11 Israelis were injured.
2. Since the beginning of 2025, 106 Israelis were injured.
3. Since October 7, 2023, 265 Israelis were injured.
Palestinian incarcerated
1. During the month of November, 945 Palestinians were arrested or detained.
2. Since October 7, 2023, over 21,000 Palestinians were arrested or detained, including 1,630 minors (as of November 20, 2025).
3. 9,204 Palestinians are incarcerated* in detention facilities in Israel and the West Bank, among them:

‣ As of June 2025, 147 of the administrative detainees were minors.
‣ 350 of those incarcerated, as of today, are minors held in Megiddo and Ofer Prisons.
‣ 49 of those incarcerated, as of today, are women.
‣ 39 West Bank subjects have died while in custody since October 7, 2023.

‣ On November 25, 2025, the organizations HaMoked for the Defence of the Individual, the Association for Civil Rights in Israel, and the Committee Against Torture filed a petition with the High Court of Justice to allow visits or telephone calls with family members of detainees, which have been almost completely banned by the Prison Service in the last two years.
‣ The Public Defender's Office report for the years 2023-2024, published in early December, 2025, revealed that since October 7, 2023, the conditions of security prisoners and detainees in Israeli prisons have deteriorated significantly and they are "held in extremely crowded conditions and suffer from hunger."
Colonist attacks
1. During November 2025, 173 colonist attacks on Palestinians, resulting in casualties, damage to property, or both were documented. 110 Palestinians were injured in these attacks.
‣ The total number of attacks (even without damage to property or casualties) is 411.
2. Since the beginning of 2025, 1,680 colonist attacks on 270 Palestinian communities, resulting in casualties, damage to property, or both were documented. An average of 5 attacks per day.
‣ In these attacks, 1,114 Palestinians were injured (twice the number in 2024) and 3 Palestinians were killed.
‣ 70% of the injured were hurt by the colonists themselves and 30% by military forces accompanying them or by colonists in military uniforms.
3. Since October 7, 2023, 3,557 colonist attacks on Palestinians, resulting in casualties, damage to property, or both were documented.
‣ 33 Palestinians were killed in these attacks. 23 of them killed by colonists, colonists in uniform, or soldiers, and another 10, in which the identity of the perpetrator was unclear.

4. During the olive harvest period that ended in November, 178 colonist attacks on olive pickers in 88 communities were documented.
‣ 6,082 olive trees were uprooted or damaged.
‣ 8 solidarity activists were injured.
Military attacks, raids and demolitions
1. During the month of November, 2,764 military attacks were documented:

‣ On November 26, 2025, a military raid was carried out on Tubas district, which lasted 4 days. During the raid, 130 families were displaced from their homes, which were turned into military posts, over 100 residents were injured, and massive destruction was carried out of power, water, and traffic infrastructure.
‣ Since January 2025, Israel has raided the Jenin, Tulkarm, and Nur Shams refugee camps. During which, it destroyed or set fire to 1,460 residential homes.

2. Demolitions:
‣ During the month of November, 81 buildings were demolished, and 91 Palestinians, including 44 children, were displaced from their homes.
‣ Since the beginning of 2025, 1,476 house demolitions have been documented, 28 of which were in military operations (not including the Jenin, Tulkarm, and Nur Shams refugee camps described above).
