1. Demolition:
‣ 60 million tons of rubble and 260,000 tons of accumulating rubble.
‣ 85% of the heavy engineering equipment has been annihilated. A severe limitation of the entry of heavy equipment makes the removal of rubble and rescue of dead bodies difficult. ‣ According to the 60-day plan and ceasefire agreement, Israel was expected to enable the entry of 600 aid trucks a day. In fact, only 24% of this quota enters and reaches its destination, since only 2 of the 5 crossings are open. Israel has been rejecting entry requests and movement on the ground is difficult. In addition, Israel strictly limits the types of food entered:
◦ No fresh meat, eggs, vegetables and fruits, milk formulas allowed;
◦ Allowed are processed foods, refreshment drinks and chocolate.
