Palestinians killed
1. In the month of October, 15 persons were killed, 3 minors among them.
2. Since the beginning of 2025, 217 persons were killed, including:
‣ The bodies of 93 Palestinians are held by Israel.
3. Since October 7, 2023, 1,023 Palestinians have been killed, including:
‣ 14 of the persons killed were shot to death while trying to cross the Separation Wall since Israel has annulled work permits;
‣ 22 persons were killed by colonists and another 12 in events that were inconclusive whether by colonists, soldiers, or colonists who are soldiers;
‣ 9 of the killed persons were involved in terrorist attacks;
‣ 194 bodies of Palestinians are held by Israel.
‣ Reasons for death:
Israelis killed
1. In October no Israelis were killed.
2. Since the beginning of 2025, 21 Israelis were killed, 3 minors and 3 women among them.
3. Since October 7m 2023, 41 Israelis were killed in the West Bank, 22 of them soldiers. In addition, 17 Israelis were killed in terrorist attacks inside the “green line” (Israel proper).
‣ Among the persons killed, 5 were minors and 16 women.
Palestinians wounded
1. During October 2025, 397 Palestinians were wounded, 35 children and 21 women among them.
‣ 150 of them were wounded by colonists.
2. Since the beginning of 2025, 3,341 Palestinians were wounded.
3. Since October 7, 2023, 10,470 Palestinians were wounded, 197 as they attempted to cross the Separation Wall, since Israel has annulled all work permits.
‣ 159 of the Palestinians wounded were by colonists.
‣ Reasons for wounding:
Israelis wounded
1. During October 2025, 11 colonists were wounded, 4 soldiers and 2 minors among them.
2. Since the beginning of 2025, 92 Israelis were wounded.
3. Since October 7m 2023, 253 Israelis were wounded, 98 of them during terrorist attacks.
Palestinians incarcerated
1. During October 2025, 659 persons were arrested or detained for interrogation, 133 of them remaining in custody. Among them are 39 minors. Since October 7, 2023, 20,500 arrests have been reported.
2. As of October 30th, 2025, 9,204 Palestinians are incarcerated, including:
‣ As of June 2025, 147 of the administrative detainees were minors;
‣ 350 of the persons incarcerated now are minors held in the Megiddo and Ofer Prisons;
‣ 49 of the persons incarcerated now are women;
‣ 19 of the persons incarcerated have died in various circumstances since the beginning of 2025;
3. Since October 7, 2023 – 27 persons from the West Bank incarcerated have died in various circumstances.
Colonist attacks with focus on the olive harvest season
1. During October 2025, 438 colonist attacks were recorded. 264 of them ended in casualties, property damage or both (an average of 8 attacks per day):
‣ Among the 438 attacks, 259 were against the olive harvest;
‣ Among the attacks that ended with casualties or damage, 150 attacks were against olive harvesters in 77 villages and towns (twice as many as in the same period of time in 2023);
‣ 4,200 olive trees were vandalized, set on fire or uprooted;
‣ As for October 2025 – 110,000 families make their living from the olive harvest. About 70% of them have no access to their olive groves either due to closed military zone orders, colonist violence and/or checkpoints.

2. Since the beginning of 2025 – 1,485 colonist attacks ending in casualties, damage to property or both were recorded.
3. Since October 7, 2023 – 3,362 colonist attacks ending in casualties, damage to property or both were recorded, during which 20 persons were killed (11 more persons are suspected).
‣ The Palestinians have recorded 5,592 colonist attacks (including those that ended without any casualties or damage to property). They include:
‣ The number of colonist outposts in the West Bank has reached 365.
Army attacks and demolitions
1. During October 2025 – 1,584 army actions were recorded against the Palestinians inhabitants of the West Bank, including raids, physical assaults, confiscations, prevention of olive harvests, tree uprooting or demolitions;
‣ During October 2025 – 41 structure demolitions were reported. Consequently,
53 persons, 22 of them children, were displaced;
‣ On October 28th, 13 families from Umm al Khair – 70 persons 30 of whom are children received demolition orders. In the background is a petition accepted by the Supreme Court about violating the order preventing construction in the nearby outpost;
‣ 855 schools in the West Bank have been issued demolition orders. These schools are attended by about 13,000 schoolchildren.
2. Since the beginning of 2025 – 1,436 structure demolitions have been recorded. 1,815 persons have been forcibly displaced.
‣ In addition, since January 2025 – the refugee camps of Jenin, Tulkarm and Nur Shams are under evacuation orders prolonged until January 2026. About 32,000 persons have already been expelled from these camps:
‣ According to satellite data as of July 21, 2025, the destruction scope of these camps has been:
‣ In October 2025, home destruction in the camps was renewed, but we do not have updated data yet;
‣ On October 28th evacuation orders were issued for 2 hours, to 12 families in the southern part of the Jenin refugee camp;
3. Since October 7, 2023 – 10,346 persons were displaced by demolitions, military attacks or colonist violence. 3,545 of these are by colonist violence (1,276 since the beginning of 2025).
