Killed

1. Imad Sarhan, age 47, a security detainee from Haifa, died of a heart attack in Gilbo'a Penitentiary. Physicians for Human Rights claims that despite suffering from diabetes, hypertension, and obesity, he had not undergone medical examinations since September 2023.

‣ 104 detainees have died in Israeli prisons or detention facilities since October 7, 2023.

Criminal Incidents

1. Dayr Hanna – Heavy gunfire directed at a residential home and several vehicles. No casualties reported.

2. Manshiyat az-Zabda – Stabbing incident. Two men seriously wounded. Two suspects, residents of Tur'an, arrested.
