Since noon, November 2nd until noon, November 3, 2024:
‣ 27 killed and 86 wounded persons brought to hospitals;
‣ According to UNICEF, in the past 48 hours 50 children have been killed;
‣ Since October 7, 2023:
◦ 43,341 persons killed;
◦ 102,105 persons wounded.
‣ 6 soldiers wounded, one of them badly.
Northern Strip
30th day of implementation of ‘the generals’ plan’.
‣ A delegation of the World Health Organization arrived to evacuate badly wounded children from Kamal Adwan Hospital, immediately thereafter artillery fire was directed at the hospital.

‣ All 3 hospitals were attacked today.
‣ No entry of aid delegations, no entry of food, medication. Not a single active ambulance, no rescue services.
1. Jabalia refugee camp and town:
‣ Artillery fire;
‣ Aerial bombing;
‣ House bombed, a mother and her two children killed;
‣ House bombed in Jabalia Al Balad, wounded persons;
‣ House bombed west of the camp, 4 persons killed;
‣ Artillery fire at Al Awda Hospital in the camp;
‣ Helicopter fire at western Jabalia;
‣ Buildings bombed from the west.
2. Beit Lahia:
‣ Massive artillery fire at all hours of the night and day;
‣ Aerial bombing;
‣ House bombed, 6 persons killed, others wounded;

‣ Artillery fire at Kamal Adwan Hospital, hit of yard, residential rooms and water tanks. Several children badly wounded. Minutes after WHO delegation left;
‣ Drone fires at Indonesian Hospital;
‣ Helicopter fire at west Beit Lahia;
‣ Aerial bombing from the south.
3. Gaza City:
‣ Tel El Hawa (south-west) – many caught under the rubble;
‣ Sheikh Radwan (north-west) – bombing, 2 persons killed. Drone fire, a toddler girl killed;
‣ Al Zeitoun (south-east) - artillery fire;
‣ Al Tuffah (east) – house bombed, killed and wounded persons.

Central Strip
1. Nuseirat refugee camp:
‣ Shelling from the sea;
‣ Tank shelling from the west;
‣ Buildings bombed north-west of the camp.
Southern Strip
1. Khan Yunis:
‣ Bombing east of town, 9 persons killed, 4 of them children;

‣ Bombing, 3 persons killed.
2. Rafah:
‣ Artillery fire from the east;
‣ Drone fire from north-east, a mother and her 2 children killed.
