General
1. Amid severe shortage of medical equipment, a doctor in Gaza has developed a dialysis machine to treat kidney patients.
2. The Islamic University of Gaza is resuming operations after a two-year hiatus. The university's buildings and facilities, which were damaged by bombings, have been partially repaired.
