The American-Israeli attack on Iran, day 13

Iran

Over the past 24 hours, 312 attacks documented across 15 provinces. At least 10 civilians, 9 military personnel and 21 individuals of undetermined status killed. Some drone strikes targeted military sites of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (Basij militias).



1. Events:

◦ Targets included a military base, military headquarters, hospital and residential buildings in Ahvaz; a government building in Isfahan; and industrial facilities in Arak.


◦ Additional strikes documented on sites considered protected under international humanitarian law, including Dara Shur tourist site in Qeshm; the historic Rashek-e Jannan palace (governor’s building) in Isfahan; a residential unit in Langirat village, Behbahan; a residential neighborhood in Golestan Province; and Bostan hospital in Ahvaz.

2. Casualties:

Since February 28, 2026:

◦ 3.2 million Iranians displaced (3.5% of the population);

◦ Killed:

- 1,286 civilians, including at least 200 children;

- 199 military personnel;

- 372 of undetermined status.


Israel

Combined Iranian–Hezbollah intensive attack: 217 missiles, drones and rockets launched overnight.

1. Events:

◦ Direct hits in the north, center and HaSharon region, no casualties reported. Hezbollah claims hits on military bases, but censorship prevents verification or publication of locations.


◦ Additional impacts during the day in the north and center, several sirens in Eilat.

2. Casualties:

◦ 17-year-old girl killed in a traffic accident while heading to a shelter;

◦ Since February 28, 2026:

- 17 killed (12 from direct hits, 3 while heading to shelter, 2 soldiers) and 2,846 injured, 81 still hospitalized.


Gulf States

◦ Iran attacked 2 U.S.-owned vessels in the Strait of Hormuz. So far, 16 vessels hit in the Persian Gulf.




Kuwait

◦ Attack on international airport, property damage.


Dubai

◦ Hotel hit.


Iraq

◦ Hit on a British base and an oil tanker near Basra port.


Bahrain

◦ Port in the capital Manama hit.


Lebanon

Israel continues intensive bombardment in south Beirut, the Beqaa and southern Lebanon.


1. Events:

◦ Strikes included the waterfront area in south Beirut, 8 killed and 31 injured; in Aaramoun, 3 killed including a child; in Tefahta (massive strike); on rescue vehicles in Toul; near the university area in south Beirut; in Arkey, 9 killed including 5 children and 7 injured.


2. Casualties:

◦ Since March 2, 2026:

- 687 killed, including 98 children and 52 women;

- over 700,000 displaced.
