1. Rafah crossing opened for evacuation of 18 patients and 33 companions.
2. Severe weather with heavy rain caused flooding of many displaced persons’ tents. Additionally, a house wall collapsed onto a displaced persons’ tent in Gaza City (Al Rimal neighborhood), injuring 2.
