American-Israeli attack on Iran, day 27
‣ Iran
Iran is increasing military defenses on Kharg Island in the Strait of Hormuz. Trump postponed by 10 days the threat to attack energy facilities. Over the past 24 hours, 357 attacks were documented across 154 arenas in 21 provinces, 49% of them in Tehran.

1. Events:
◦ Strikes on missile launch sites, missile armament sites in Tehran, fuel dock in Mashhad, residential building in Isfahan, residential building in Bandar Abbas (3 killed, including an IRGC Navy commander, and 7 injured), bombing in Shiraz (2 children killed), attacks also in Arak.
2. Casualties:
◦ Over the past 24 hours:
- Civilian: 28 people, including 4 children.
◦ Since February 28, 2026, killed:
- Civilian: 1,492 people, including 221 children;
- Military: 1,167;
- Unclassified (civilian/military): 670;
- 50 senior officials deliberately targeted and killed, 20 additional killed unintentionally.

During the day, 48 sirens were activated: 9 barrages from Iran and 39 from Lebanon (120 rockets). Two soldiers were killed in southern Lebanon (see Lebanon section below) and one civilian was killed by a cluster munition strike in Naharia.

Lebanon
25th consecutive day of the war in Lebanon. Israeli military forces are advancing deeper into southern Lebanon, also along the western axis.
1. Events:
◦ 2 Israeli soldiers killed in two separate incidents, one in exchanges of fire and the other from anti-tank missile fire on a tank. Additionally, 4 injured;
◦ Continued combined airstrikes and artillery fire, including on a residential building in Nabatieh; Kounine (3 killed, 4 injured); Srifa; Toul (7 injured); Jabal Al Rihan; Baisariyeh (5 killed, 9 injured); Ansariyeh (2 children killed); Siddikine; Chaqra; phosphorus bombs in Deir Seryan; Borj Qalaouiye; Taybeh; artillery fire on Qlaileh; Al Mansouri and Naqoura.
2. Casualties:
◦ Since March 2, 2026:
- 1,116 killed, including 83 women and 121 children;
- 3,229 injured, including 450 women and 399 children;
