Raids and Arrests

During the night, Israeli forces raided Jenin refugee camp and town (324th consecutive day), Tulkarm refugee camp and town (318th consecutive day), Nur Shams refugee camp (304th consecutive day), Tubas (2nd consecutive day), Aqabah (2nd consecutive day), Beit Dajan, Hebron, Nablus, Beit Ummar, Halhul, Burqa, Dura. During the day they raided Beit Rima, Umm Safa, Kafr Malik, Zawata, Qabatiya, Abu Dis, Husan, al-Walaja, Zababdeh, Anabta, Salem, Deir al-Hatab, Az-Zawiya, al-Am'ari refugee camp, Qalandia refugee camp, Al-Lubban ash-Sharqiya, Salfit. At least 34 were arrested, 11 were released after a few hours.


Army attacks against Palestinians

1. Jenin and Jenin refugee camp - exploding 2 houses in the camp and arson of another one nearby.


2. Zababdeh, south of Jenin - confrontations.

3. Qabatiya, south of Jenin - raid, imposing curfew, Vandalizing vehicles. Helicopter fires at open area.

4. Zububa, west of Jenin - residents claim that wild boars were released in town.


5. Hebron - after a chase of several hours for the car-ramming attack suspect north of Hebron, he was located, shot dead in his vehicle, and his body was taken. Later, a raid was carried out on his family's home and the mourning tent was dispersed.

6. Tubas and Aqabah - the second day of the renewed raid. Search of houses, vandalizing contents, demolition of a martyr's house. Helicopter fires at open area in the evening.

10. al-Am'ari refugee camp, north of Ramallah - confrontations.

11. Silwad, north-east of Ramallah - confrontations.

12. Beit Rima, north-west of Ramallah - raid on the home of the martyr from the stabbing morning incident (report below). Relatives arrested.

13. Nablus - Special forces raid Alkindi School.



Palestinian attacks against the army

1. Atara checkpoint, north of Ramallah - Israeli forces attempt to arrest a suspect, who pulls out a knife and stabs 2 soldiers. The soldiers return fire. Ambulance access denied and he bled to death. His body was taken away.



Demolitions

1. al-Walaja, west of Bethlehem - 2 houses demolished.

2. Zawata, west of Nablus - Night raid, evicting 13 families from their homes in preparation for blowing up the house of Abdel Karim Sanobar, who is accused of rigging explosive devices in buses. After the house was demolished, the soldiers threw stun grenades at residents.

1. Beit Ummar, north of Hebron - Colonists grazing cows on farmland. Residents try to oust them, the army ousts the residents.

2. Idna, west of Hebron - Provocative gathering of colonists at the town's entrance, that is being blocked for two years.

3. Khalat al-Hums, south-east of Yatta - Colonist herding a herd of cows on farmland.


4. Jaba', east of Jerusalem - Residents of the al-Maghazi bedouin community confront colonists who attack them.

5. Burqa, north-west of Nablus - Colonists set a tractor on fire, and tried to arson another vehicle.
