The American-Israeli attack on Iran - 42nd day of the ceasefire

Iran

1. Events:

‣ Iranian news agency Mehr reported explosions on Qeshm Island resulting from the evacuation and neutralization of unexploded ordnance.

Israel

1. Events:

‣ Sirens due to UAV infiltration in the Galilee Panhandle and the Golan Heights. The UAV was intercepted;

‣ Impacts in Misgav Am (explosive drone, two injured).

2. Casualties:

‣ One killed (an Israeli officer killed in Southern Lebanon) and two injured;

‣ Since March 2, 2026:

◦ 1,043 soldiers and officers injured in Lebanon, including 59 in serious condition and 122 in moderate condition.

Lebanon

1. Events:

‣ Israeli military attacks in Lebanon:

◦ Airstrikes in Harouf, Maachouq (house bombed), Kfar Sir (4 killed and 2 injured), Beirut (UAVs over the city), Haouch, Nabatieh, Deir Qanoun El Nahr (10 killed, including 6 members of one family, and 3 injured), Toura, Hanouiyeh, Libbaya (The Beqaa), Deir El Zahrani, Kafra and Mazraat Kfar Jouz;

Deir Qanoun El Nahr

◦ Artillery fire on Maarakeh (injured), Chihine, Zebdine and Dibbine (a fire broke out following the shelling);

◦ Vehicle strikes in Hanouiyeh (two motorcycles, injured);

◦ The Israeli military Arabic-language spokesperson issued evacuation orders for 12 additional localities in Southern Lebanon. Some are north of the Litani River. Nabatieh rescue services announced suspension of operations following the warning out of concern over deliberate attacks on ambulances.
