General
1. 5 detainees released from Israeli detention facilities were transferred by the Red Cross to Al Aqsa Hospital in Deir al-Balah.
2. Israel's Supreme Court, sitting as the High Court of Justice, struck down the Israeli government's policy of barring the ICRC from visiting Palestinian security detainees in Israeli detention facilities — a policy in place since October 7, 2023.

1. Al Bureij refugee camp – Artillery fire and illumination flares.
2. Drone strike on a group of residents in a home courtyard in Al Maghazi refugee camp: two brothers killed; several wounded.
Khan Yunis District
1. East:
