General
1. Israel bars Linda Sarsour, adviser to the New York City mayor and Palestinian-American human rights activist, from entering the West Bank.
2. Israel approved the construction of 2,162 new housing units in the Gva'ot, Brakha, and Kiryat Arba colonies.
3. Israel's Supreme Court, sitting as the High Court of Justice, struck down the Israeli government's policy of barring the ICRC from visiting Palestinian security detainees in Israeli detention facilities — a policy in place since October 7, 2023.

‣ Overnight raids conducted in Tubas, Marda, Nablus, and Askar refugee camp. Daytime raids carried out in Ajjah, Arura, Al-Mughayyir, Tayasir, Ramallah, Al-Bireh, Kifl Hares, Beita, Anata, Khirbat al-Taibe, Rujeib, Aqraba, Usarin, Tarqumiyah, Beit Ula, Beit Fajjar, and Talfit.
‣ Rand al-Halaawani, age 20, a player on the Palestinian women's national football team, was arrested on suspicion of "publishing incitement material" after being summoned for interrogation in Jerusalem.

Israeli Military Attacks on Palestinians
1. Tarqumiyah and Beit Ula, north-west of Hebron – Detentions, field interrogations, and arrests of dozens of workers in both towns.
3. Kifl Hares, north-west of Salfit – Village entrances closed and curfew imposed to allow colonists to enter the Tomb of Joshua.
4. Al-Mughayyir, north-east of Ramallah – Raid on a home; arrest made.
5. Nablus – Night raid on the Al-Ittihad Hospital area, east and center of the city. A home converted into a military post; building and contents destroyed.

2. Imneizil, Masafer Yatta – Demolition order issued for a residential home.
4. Deir Ibzi, west of Ramallah – Evacuation order issued for a residential home ahead of demolition.
Colonist Attacks on Palestinians
3. Khallet al-Hummus, Masafer Yatta – Herds grazed on agricultural land under military escort.
4. Khirbet al Kharaba, Masafer Yatta – Herds grazed among the community's homes.
5. Kifl Hares, north-west of Salfit – Colonists rampage through the streets of the curfew-bound village on their way to the Tomb of Joshua bin Nun.
7. Tayibe, east of Ramallah – Herds corralled around a home on the outskirts of the town. Protective presence activists attempt to block their path.
9. Jalud, south-east of Nablus – A colonist wounded and a colonist vehicle damaged in clashes with residents near an outpost on the outskirts of the village.
10. Majdal Bani Fadil, south-east of Nablus – Village council head attacked and wounded.
15. Iraq Burin, south of Nablus – Fields set on fire ahead of harvest.
