‣ This data report is partial, focusing on fatalities and the worsening hunger crisis brewing in the Gaza Strip. A more comprehensive report will be posted at the beginning of next month.


Palestinians killed

1. 59,895 Palestinians killed (as of July 20, 2025) since October 7, 2023. This does NOT include about 11,000 missing persons or whoever died of illness, medical neglect or starvation. This datum includes only those killed by direct military action. Among them:

‣ 17, 921 children (17,948 including unidentified persons), namely 31% of the total persons killed:

The Hunger Crisis

‣ The GHF organization operates 4 compounds – 3 in Rafah and one near Nuseirat refugee camp (opened on May 27, 2025). The Israeli army attacks people waiting outside these compounds and the organization’s security guards attack inside them.

◦ According to the UN, during the week between July 9 and 15, 2025, 29 aid delegations entered the Strip (14 to the North and 15 to the South). In most cases the trucks are looted, and the Israeli army attacks those waiting for aid.

◦ On July 20, 2025, people waiting for aid in the north-western part of the Strip (Ziqim area) were attacked, 88 persons were reported killed (in an initial count).

‣ So far 922 people seeking aid have been killed, and 5,861 wounded.

‣ 92% of the children under the age of two and pregnant or nursing women do not receive the nutrition they need.

‣ 290,000 children under the age of 5 and 150,000 pregnant women need food supplements.

‣ According to Doctors Without Borders, their clinics in Gaza City are treating 700 pregnant and nursing women, 500 children (326 of them under the age of 2). They all suffer from malnutrition, a rise of 400% since last May.

‣ According to the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza, as of July 20, 2025 –

86 (76 children) cases of death by starvation have been reported, 18 of them in the past 24 hours.
