General

1. The West Bank Ministry of Waqf instructed that only internal loudspeakers — not external ones — be used for the call to prayer (adhan) in mosques near colonies. Following a public outcry, the Ministry claimed the circular was forged and that the adhan continues in all mosques without change.

Jenin refugee camp and town (Day 525), Tulkarm refugee camp and town (Day 519), Nur Shams refugee camp (Day 505), Beit Ummar (Day 64).
